Advancement

Medical Coverage
British Group offers a very attractive medical plan for our employees. After only three months of continuous employment, you become eligible for cost-shared coverage. The plan includes prescription drugs, dental, life, ADD and LTD. Vision care, physiotherapy, chiropractic and massage therapy are also covered.
Internal Training Program
As part of our corporate commitment to internal promotion and personnel development, British Group operates ongoing programs to improve employee skills through cross-training. Many positions in our organization are structured to allow employees to spend time working in other areas, expanding their skill set and increasing our flexibility.
Company-Funded External Training
In addition to our ongoing internal training programs, British Group is also keenly aware of the opportunities to improve our workforce by providing access to third-party training courses at our expense. Employees who have proved their interest and talent may have the opportunity to take part in outside courses pertaining to their areas of responsibility.
